- At all times, the sender of a CPACT message is easy to identify and contact by e-mail, by SMS or by telephone, whether it be CPACT itself, one of its services, or one of its employees.
- A link allowing the recipient to change or cancel their subscription is included in every email at the bottom.
- A recipient can cancel their SMS / Text message subscription by sending a SMS back to any CPACT originated SMS message with the word STOP.
- The list of email addresses or the cell phone numbers of CPACT subscribers will never be sold or rented, either in whole or in part..

Informal wear is required to take part in all CPACT events. CPACT will announce any upcoming event on its website and inform members via email and SMS messages..

Credit card transactions
CPACT offers new members to pay their initial membership fee and other dues using their credit card online, similarly an existing member can pay their renewal fees and dues using Credit cards. CPACT do not use any third-party to collect and process your cards, all transactions are done via secure servers and each transaction is manually verified at the end of each day, we use PCI Compliance standards in all our databases and website setup.
