- At all times, the sender of a CPACT is easy to identify and contact by e-mail, by SMS or by telephone, whether it be the CPACT itself, one of its services, or one of its employees.
- A link allowing the recipient to change or cancel their subscription is included on every email at the bottom.
- A recipient can cancel their SMS / Text message subscription by sending a SMS back to any CPACT originated SMS message with a word STOP.
- The list of email addresses or the Cell phone numbers of subscribers to the CPACT will never be sold or rented, either in whole or in part.
Informal wear is required to take part in all CPACT events. CPACT will announce any upcoming event on its website and inform member via email and SMS messages.

CPACT offers new members to pay their initial membership fee and other dues using their credit card online, similarly an existing member can pay their renewal fees and dues using Credit cards.
